Great food. Better beer with a huge selection. Reasonably priced. Locally owned, operated, sourced, and supported. It's pure Michigan. A great destination for those coming from out of town or for the locals for a quick bite. I go to trivia every Tuesday and get there chicken club salad (see pictures), because I'm on a diet. Do yourself a favor and stop in to The Local today!
Very pleasantly surprised with this ownership of said restaurant and bar. I have been here several times since it has opened and it has not disappointed.
Lots of GREAT Michigan Beers! Not only the beers, but also the food, all the way from thier Smoked Pork Chops grilled with Gunga Din Cider an Java Porter to thier Amazing Fish Tacos you can even have Thia beef or Shrimp Tacos!! But my most favorite of all is the Prime Rib French Dip. Mmmmmmm......
